What is AssetInvent?
AssetInvent is AI-powered asset inventory software. Technicians photograph equipment in the field with the iOS or Android app, the AI fills in the technical record, and everything is centralized in a web dashboard where you can review, share and export it.
How does the AI recognition work?
Take one or more photos of the equipment and its nameplate. The AI extracts brand, model, serial number and other technical data, and you review or correct the record before saving it. You can also fill in fields by voice dictation.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The mobile app lets you inventory assets in basements, warehouses or areas with no coverage. When the connection returns, it syncs your changes and merges local and remote edits without overwriting them.
How much does AssetInvent cost?
You can start free with 20 AI analysis credits, no card required. Monthly plans start at $23.90 per month excluding tax (Starter, 100 credits) and go up to Enterprise (5,000 credits). Annual billing saves 15%, and there are also credit packs with no subscription.
What is a credit?
Each AI analysis of an asset uses one credit. Subscription credits renew every billing period, and top-up pack credits do not expire at the end of the month.
Can I buy on the website?
Yes, by card on the website or inside the iOS or Android app. On the website, consumers and businesses in the European Union can buy; outside the EU, web purchases are available to businesses and professionals. If you subscribed in the app, the subscription is managed in the store where you bought it.
What can I export?
PDF and Excel reports ready for audits, insurance or internal control, plus a QR label per asset that opens its public record and lets people report incidents. Available options depend on your plan. It also generates import files for your CMMS (beta).

Yes. From the Pro plan you can share inventories with read or edit permissions and organize them in folders by client or project.

It is an import file, not a direct integration, and importing into each CMMS is not yet fully validated: we recommend testing with a few assets first.
